Hello everyone

Eve, i would like to congratulate you for the wonderful work you did creating this Owens Family Blog. It is great. I would like to say hello to everyone who remembers me (Oliver) and i hope all is well with everyone. I am not married yet, and have no kids yet, like my wonderful sister Nichol, LOL!!!, but i am proud to say that i have a wonderful woman in my life by the name of Janet Mainor and if all continues to go well, kids and maariage will soon be upon us. I am very proud of everyones achievenents and hope to talk to everyone again soon. On that note, take care and God Bless You All. P.S.- i will inform everyone soon as to whether Janet and i will be able to attend the Family Reunion. Take Care.

About Me

I am Vice President at Citi Private Bank in New York. Responsible for managing a team of six system analysts providing post roll-out support for home-grown applications. Secured application access, troubleshooting system issues, addressing client financial and information errors and website/portal handling.

I am also the lead administrator for the Citi Private Bank Mountbatten On-boarding Program. I liaise with Mountbatten Institute to on-board top talent from the United Kingdom who work for Citi Private Bank on technology and investment related projects.

For several years I have established as a solid reliable volunteer with various organizations. I serve on Citi‘s Black Heritage Network (NYC) leadership committee, and in that capacity I am co-chair for the Career and Professional Development team, planning events that provide members of the network with an environment that focuses on both professional and personal development in support of Citi’s business goals and initiatives.

Committed to giving back and my keen interest in community development, I serve as President of the New Day School Alumni Association (NY Chapter). The organization's fundraising activities provide financial and academic support to students at the New Day School in Jamaica, by awarding scholarships and providing students with computers, a playground area and food for a breakfast program to name a few.

I have a passion for both local and international politics such my volunteer work with Hillary Clinton's Presidential campaign. I also find time to enjoy performing Arts/Broadway shows, sports and gardening. My most precious accomplishment is being the mother of two wonderful sons.
